Most area rugs purchased on our website can be returned or refunded within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

All discontinued rugs can only be exchanged within 15 days (for an equal-value in-stock rug only).

 

You can also contact us should you need more information about a rug such as additional pictures, description, history, help with styles, colours, sizes etc.

 

Warranty – 90 days (exchange only). Only applicable in case of manufacturing defects such as:

• Rug releasing fibres from pile, shedding.

Please note that hand-made and hand-knotted rugs might be fragile in some areas due to being 100% handmade. They are not perfect nor symmetrical like machine-made rugs. Every handmade rug is unique and some may have minor unravelling/untying on corners, sides, edges or fringes. These are absolutely normal and, thus not eligible for a warranty claim.

 

Returns on rugs 8×11 or larger will only be accepted with authorization by Terry.

 

We offer a 12-month exchange policy on all wool rugs.

 

Exchanges after 30 days will only be accepted with authorization by Terry.

 

The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We ship within the Gatineau and Ottawa Valley region and go as far as Kingston.
